Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license in New York State.
• Board certification in clinical specialty or leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing practice using the tenets of Relationship Centered Care.
• Ensure integration of Care Checks into clinical activities.
• Conduct daily patient rounding and weekly staff rounding.
• Communicate patient experience and staff engagement information.
• Collaborate with the physician dyad and elevate concerns as needed.
• Design and support a safe, therapeutic patient-centered care environment.
• Participate in quality and safety process improvement initiatives.
• Oversee staffing, support services, and financial viability of the unit.
