Amentum is seeking a CSI Analyst at Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, CO to own and elevate the Continual Service Improvement program, driving measurable enhancements to service quality and customer experience.

The successful candidate will analyze performance data, develop CSI processes, and partner with cross-functional teams to implement improvement initiatives, while meeting DoW Secret clearance requirements and working a day shift with up to 10% travel.

Qualifikationen

• This role requires strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in process improvement, quality assurance, data analysis, or ITSM is required.
• Active DoW Secret Security Clearance is required or obtainable.

• Own and manage the CSI program to improve service quality and customer experience.
• Analyze performance trends, risks, and opportunities using data-driven methods.
• Develop and maintain CSI metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
• Prepare status reports and presentations for stakeholders.
