Job summary

Blackstone Talent Group, a technology consulting and talent agency, seeks a CSI Analyst to join the Client's team supporting the Missile Defense Agency. The role involves owning and driving the Continual Service Improvement program, analyzing performance, and delivering measurable improvements in service quality and customer experience.

You will establish CSI processes, develop metrics and dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in process improvement, quality assurance, data analysis, or IT service management (ITSM).
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• ITIL Foundation Certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Continual Service Improvement program and drive measurable enhancements to service quality and customer experience.
• Analyze performance trends, risks and opportunities using data-driven methods and root-cause analysis.
• Develop CSI metrics, dashboards and reporting; propose evidence-based recommendations.
