Job summary

Cynet Health seeks a Surgical First Assistant (CSFA) for a 13-week OR assignment in Martinsburg, WV. The role requires a CST certification and CSFA/CSA/SA-C certification, with at least two years of operating room experience, including orthopedic cases.

On-call duties and 1:1 nursing support are part of the schedule. Expect day and evening shifts (10-hour days), with scrubs provided and a high-volume surgical unit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of OR experience.
• Current CST certification required.
• Must have CSFA/CSA/SA-C certification in addition to CST.

Responsibilities

• Assist in OR procedures with emphasis on neuro spine, total joints, and open fractures.
• Turn over rooms and prepare sterile field.
• Support anesthesia; on-call coverage on weekends and weeknights.
• Follow call rotations and call response times as scheduled.
• Scrubs provided for staff.
