Job summary

Solvere Technical Group is seeking a Strength and Conditioning Specialist to provide prehabilitation and conditioning for fighter aircrew. You will assess, design and implement an MSK strengthening program to reduce neck and back injuries, and maintain records for all aircrew personnel.

This role requires a Master's in a related field, five years' experience, and current CSCS/CSCCa and SCCC certifications, plus CPR/AED. A Secret Clearance is required to support operations and compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as Strength & Conditioning Specialist in collegiate, professional, or tactical environments.
• CSCS or CSCCa certification required; SCCC certification required.
• CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide prehabilitative assessment and maintenance for fighter aircrew.
• Design and implement an MSK strengthening program and health lifestyle education.
• Perform initial evaluation, design individual training programs, and establish records for all aircrew personnel.
