Job summary

LMR Technical Group seeks a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist to design and deliver tailored programs for aircrew performance, injury reduction, and recovery. You'll work with interdisciplinary teams and support rehabilitation and research efforts at Sheppard AFB, TX.

Requirements include CSCS/CSCCa, CPR/AED, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain Secret clearance. This is a mission-critical role in a service-disabled veteran-owned organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in strength & conditioning for college/pro sport, tactical, aerospace or similar high-performance environments.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• NSCA CSCS or CSCCa SCCC certification required.
• Secret clearance (T3) and U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver job-specific strength and conditioning programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support rehabilitation and return-to-fly efforts.
• Participate in curriculum development and program evaluation.
• Maintain data integrity and contribute to research.
• Other related duties as assigned.
