Job summary

LMR Technical Group is seeking a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist to prepare aircrew for the physical demands of modern combat aviation at Vance AFB, OK.

You will design strength and conditioning programs, support rehabilitation and return-to-flight efforts, and contribute to education and research. Must hold CSCS or CSCCa SCCC, NSCA CSCS, CPR/AED, and a Secret clearance; US citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in S&C for college/pro sport, tactical, aerospace, or similar high performance environments.
• NSCA CSCS or CSCCa SCCC certification.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• Current Secret security clearance (T3 background investigation) and U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver job-specific strength and conditioning programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support rehabilitation and return-to-fly efforts.
• Participate in curriculum development and program evaluation.
• Maintain data integrity and contribute to research.
• Other related duties as assigned.
