Job summary

Reef Systems is seeking a fully qualified Strength & Conditioning Coach to support the 38 ASOS at Moody AFB, GA. The role focuses on comprehensive training programs to enhance physical readiness for aerospace operations.

The candidate will design, implement, and monitor conditioning protocols, screen and improve performance, and collaborate with medical staff to prevent injuries and maximize mission readiness. Schedule aligns with base operations and may include flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time strength & conditioning experience in collegiate, professional, or tactical athletics.
• Master’s degree or higher in Human Performance, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field.
• CSCS or CSCCa certification and SCCC credential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer strength and conditioning programs to maximize duty performance and physical fitness.
• Screen, optimize performance, and prevent injuries for operators and aircrew.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and manage facility and equipment usage.
