Reef Systems is seeking a fully qualified CSCS coach to support the 79th RQS at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ, focusing on advanced strength and conditioning for operators and aircrew.

The role emphasizes injury prevention, performance optimization, and collaboration with medical staff to sustain readiness in a high‑demand environment. The candidate must have a Master’s degree in a related field and NSCA CSCS or CSCCa/SCCC certification.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time experience as a Strength & Conditioning Specialist.
• Master’s degree or higher in Human Performance, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a related field.
• National Strength and Conditioning CSCS or CSCCa/SCCC certification; CPR/AED trained.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement physical training programs to improve energy systems, strength, and power.
• Screen, monitor, and optimize human performance to prevent injuries.
• Coordinate with medical staff and operators to ensure readiness and proper conditioning.
• Maintain facilities, equipment, and documentation in line with DoD/AF SOPs.
