Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Performance, Kinesiology, Exercise Science or related field.
• 2+ years full‑time experience as a Strength & Conditioning Specialist in collegiate, professional, tactical or aerospace environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide injury‑prevention‑focused strength and conditioning services to mobility aircrew.
• Develop individualized training programs to enhance MSK resilience for demanding tasks.
• Advise leadership and coordinate with interdisciplinary human performance professionals.
• Track progress with follow‑up assessments and adjust programs as needed.
• Maintain safe training environments and document assessments within 3 business days.
