This role in an in office role requiring working in office five days per week. Locations listed on the requisition are strongly preferred. However, other Truist hub locations could be considered based on candidate qualifications.
Serve as a key contributor on the CSBB Sales Effectiveness team, focused on improving business performance by driving consistent, high-quality sales behaviors and measurable sales outcomes across client facing teams. This role partners closely with Sales, Product, Performance Management, Readiness, and Market Performance partners to diagnose performance drivers, translate insights into market specific playbooks, and activate CSBB targeted sales strategies that improve execution, adoption, and results across the footprint.
