Job summary

This role requires experience in Trust & Safety or content moderation, familiarity with CSAM regulations, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Trust & Safety teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 3+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, product operations, or content moderation.
• Knowledge of CSAM regulations and industry best practices.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive and high-impact content professionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end CSAM detection and removal operations, ensuring timely and effective handling of cases.
• Monitor key metrics and incident trends, driving data-informed improvements to workflows and tooling.
• Develop and optimize SOPs, escalation frameworks, and automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including reporting and audit support.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Trust & Safety teams to assess risks, improve processes, and support incident response.
