Job summary

Corevia Search is assisting a Top 25 ENR-ranked General Contractor in Texas to appoint a CSA Senior Superintendent for hyperscale data center programs. The role oversees civil, structural, and architectural packages and directs field teams to deliver safely and on schedule.

You will coordinate with project leadership to align site mobilisation, structural completion, building enclosure, and handover to MEP installation across multiple projects in Texas.

Qualifications

• Significant construction experience as a Senior Superintendent or lead CSA Superintendent.
• Proven experience delivering hyperscale data center projects for a General Contractor.
• Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural construction.
• Experience coordinating CSA with MEP installation and handover.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute major civil, structural, and architectural construction activities on a hyperscale data center site.
• Lead multiple Superintendents, subcontractors, and field teams to meet schedule, safety, and quality targets.
• Ensure sequencing CSA activities to enable MEP installation and commissioning.
• Collaborate with Senior leaders to ensure successful project turnover to operations.

The Opportunity

We are representing a Top 25 ENR-ranked General Contractor looking to appoint an experienced CSA Senior Superintendent to support the delivery of major hyperscale data center developments across Texas.

With a significant pipeline of secured mission-critical projects, the business is continuing to expand its construction leadership teams and is seeking individuals who can take ownership of large-scale Civil, Structural, and Architectural packages.

This is an opportunity to join an established national contractor with the financial backing, project pipeline, and resources to deliver some of the most technically demanding construction projects in the US.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the field leadership team, overseeing major CSA scopes from initial site mobilisation through structural completion, building enclosure, and handover to MEP installation.

The Role

As CSA Senior Superintendent, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing major civil, structural, and architectural construction activities on a large-scale hyperscale data center development.

You will lead multiple Superintendents, subcontractors, and field teams, ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with the project's demanding construction schedule.

The position requires someone who understands the complexities of hyperscale construction, particularly the importance of sequencing CSA activities to enable MEP installation, commissioning, and final turnover.

You will work closely with the General Superintendent, Project Executive, Project Management teams, and trade partners to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

• Significant construction experience, including several years operating as a Senior Superintendent or lead CSA Superintendent.
• Proven experience delivering hyperscale data center projects for a General Contractor.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural construction.
• Experience managing large-scale ground-up developments with complex structural and building-envelope packages.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple Superintendents and large subcontractor teams.
• Experience coordinating CSA works alongside MEP construction activities.
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, sequencing, site logistics, and critical-path management.
• Proven record of maintaining project safety, quality, and schedule performance.

Highly Desirable

• Experience delivering multiple data center buildings or large hyperscale campuses.
• Background working on projects valued at $100M+.
• Experience taking major CSA packages from initial mobilisation through completion and turnover.
• Strong tenure with established General Contractors, demonstrating involvement across full project lifecycles.
• Previous experience on accelerated or fast-track construction programmes.
