Job summary

Verrus, LLC is seeking a Superintendent for a large-scale data center project in Atlanta, GA. You will own the CSA / construction scope outside of MEP, directing civil, structural and architectural work, coordinating subcontractors, and managing day-to-day field operations.

This role requires leadership, strong scheduling and safety focus, and the ability to work on-site full-time. You will collaborate with PMs, drive look-ahead planning, and ensure project delivery on a mission-critical site.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Superintendent on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong experience managing CSA / structural / architectural scopes.
• Data center or mission-critical experience preferred.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and large field teams.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Atlanta.

• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with project specifications.

A major national GC is looking for a Superintendent to join the team on a large-scale data center project in Atlanta.

The Superintendent will take ownership of the CSA / construction scope, overseeing all work outside of MEP, including civil, structural and architectural packages. You will be responsible for day-to-day field operations, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, quality and safety throughout the project.

This is a major mission-critical project with a strong pipeline of future work.
