Job summary

TENEX.AI is seeking a Manager of Customer Success Operations to own the data, tooling, VOE signals, and operating cadence that empower CS, the Rapid Deployment Team, and Professional Services. This role builds the backbone for a fast-growing, AI-native security company and partners with CS, RevOps, Finance, and SOC delivery to scale the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or CS strategy/analytics in a B2B SaaS or managed-services environment.
• Demonstrated ownership of a CS platform (Gainsight, Velaris, Planhat, ChurnZero, or similar).
• Experience building operational infrastructure in a scaling organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-sales reporting and dashboards used by CS, RDT, and Professional Services.
• Define requirements, build dashboards, and maintain one source of truth for post-sales performance.
• Manage the CS data model, data governance, and integrity across systems (e.g., Salesforce, CS platforms).
• Oversee health scoring as a living system and drive adoption for renewal and escalation planning.
• Lead Voice of the Customer programs (CSAT, NPS) and close-loop actions from surveys.
