Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience: 2–3 years handling small parts with tweezers under a microscope, using micrometers and basic electrical test equipment.
• Travel: None.

Responsibilities

• Refer to drawings, routers, and procedures to perform processes to produce crystals.
• Perform in-process inspection and testing of crystals; record data as required.
• Use microscope, basic tools, fine hand tools, micrometers and test equipment.
• Set up, operate, and clean equipment per procedure; may operate hot plates, ovens, furnaces, ultrasonic cleaners, laser etchers, plating equipment.
• Support quality and continuous improvement projects with engineering.
• Provide information to leadership and co-workers to improve quality and output.
• Assist in training new team members and follow safety/environment procedures.
