Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or GED.
• Experience: 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience. Soldering, cleaning, ESD control, spot welding, epoxying, assembly processes, computer skills, basic electronics background, good problem-solving skills.
• Travel Requirement: None

Responsabilités

• Perform a variety of production tasks under general supervision, with a commitment to quality and Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS).
• Follow written procedures and documentation; maintain manufacturing standards.
• Operate assembly equipment and make minor repairs as needed during production.
• Assist in training of new technicians and provide input on yield issues for improvement.
• Communicate with supervisors and other departments to ensure production schedule and deadlines are met.
