Job summary

PCB Piezotronics, Inc. is seeking a full-time Operations employee in Lancaster, NY. The role requires following ISO 9001 procedures, handling small parts with care, and working with microscopes and precision tools to produce crystals.

You will perform in-process inspection, data recording, and operate various processing equipment. A high school diploma and basic computer/documentation skills are expected, with a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Follow written procedures and maintain quality per ISO 9001.
• Experience handling small parts with tweezers and using a microscope is preferred.
• Basic reading of drawings, routers and procedures to produce crystals.
• Ability to use microscopes, micrometers and basic testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Refer to drawings, routers and procedures to produce crystals.
• Perform in-process inspection and record data.
• Learn and use microscope, micrometers and related tools.
• Set up, operate and clean equipment per procedure; may run hot plates, ovens, furnaces, etc.
• Support quality and continuous improvement with engineering.
• Provide information to leadership to improve quality/output.
• Follow health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Follow hazardous waste procedures for wastes generated in manufacturing.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other related duties to ensure efficient department operation.
