PCB Piezotronics, Inc. is seeking a Production Technician III to perform a variety of assembly tasks with a strong emphasis on quality and Total Customer Satisfaction. You will follow established procedures, document work, and collaborate with engineering to refine assembly methods.

The role requires 3–6 years of relevant experience, soldering and ESD proficiency, and basic electronics knowledge. A solid problem-solving mindset is essential for troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–6 years of relevant work experience.
• Background in soldering, cleaning, ESD control, spot welding, epoxying, and other assembly processes; basic electronics knowledge.
• Good problem-solving skills; able to troubleshoot build issues.

Aufgaben

• Perform a variety of production assembly tasks with focus on quality and Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS).
• Follow written procedures and document work as required; assist in creating or updating procedures.
• Coordinate with engineering and other teams to improve assembly methods and processes.
• Support yield improvement initiatives and participate in team projects as needed.
