Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with at least 5 years of experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance.
• Advanced knowledge of secure design, assembly, advanced packaging, and test capabilities, plus full lifecycle confidentiality and integrity.
• Proficiency in EVMS program management and R&O management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the lead Crypto Program Manager to execute program scopes and tasks.
• Lead and manage multiple internal and external program efforts.
• Oversee internal product sustainment budgets, bid and proposal budgets, and program financial health.
• Manage P&L programs as required.
• Travel up to 15% to support business needs.
