A leading AmLaw 25 law firm seeks an Associate Attorney to join its Technology Transactions & Digital Assets Practice Group in a hybrid role based in Dallas, TX, with other locations. You will handle sophisticated crypto and blockchain technology transactions and advise innovative clients on licensing, SaaS, and strategic partnerships.

Competenze

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 2–5 years in technology transactions and commercial contracting (preferably at a law firm).
• Strong background advising technology, fintech, blockchain, or digital asset companies.
• Working knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain technologies, and evolving industry trends.
• Familiarity with commercial, intellectual property, data rights, and risk allocation issues in technology transactions.
• Exposure to cryptocurrency regulatory frameworks and compliance considerations is beneficial.
• Excellent contract drafting and negotiation capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to provide practical, business-focused legal advice.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with sophisticated and entrepreneurial clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with emerging legal technology and AI-enabled tools is a plus.
• Collaborative team player with sound judgment and strong attention to detail.

• Structure, negotiate, and document complex technology and commercial transactions involving blockchain and cryptocurrency businesses.
• Advise clients on technology licensing, platform agreements, SaaS arrangements, commercial contracts, and strategic partnerships.
• Counsel digital asset and blockchain companies on legal, regulatory, intellectual property, and risk management considerations.
• Support clients through the development and launch of innovative products and technology platforms.
• Analyze transaction structures and identify practical solutions to complex business and legal challenges.
