Our client, a leading international AmLaw 25 law firm, seeks an Associate Attorney to join its Technology Transactions & Digital Assets Practice Group in a hybrid role across multiple cities, including Dallas. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience guiding technology, fintech, blockchain, or digital asset companies through complex transactions.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 2-5 years of experience in technology transactions and commercial contracting.
• Strong background advising technology, fintech, blockchain, or digital asset companies.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency regulatory frameworks and compliance considerations.
• Excellent contract drafting and negotiation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Structure, negotiate, and document complex technology and commercial transactions involving blockchain and cryptocurrency businesses.
• Advise clients on technology licensing, platform agreements, SaaS arrangements, and commercial contracts.
• Counsel digital asset and blockchain companies on legal, regulatory, IP, and risk management considerations.
• Collaborate with founders, executives, investors, and in-house teams on strategic initiatives.
• Monitor developments in cryptocurrency and fintech to provide proactive guidance.
• Work with cross-functional teams across corporate, regulatory, IP, and tax practices.
