Associate Attorney – Cryptocurrency & Technology Transactions at a leading AmLaw 25 firm seeks a candidate for a hybrid role in Dallas (also listed in LA, Chicago, NY). The practice advises on blockchain technologies, digital assets, and sophisticated commercial transactions for innovative tech clients.

The ideal candidate will hold a JD from a top-tier law school, be admitted to practice, and have 2–5 years in technology transactions, with strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 2–5 years of experience in technology transactions and commercial contracting.

Responsibilities

• Structure, negotiate, and document complex technology and commercial transactions involving blockchain and cryptocurrency businesses.
• Advise clients on technology licensing, platform agreements, SaaS arrangements, commercial contracts, and strategic partnerships.
• Counsel digital asset and blockchain companies on legal, regulatory, IP, and risk management considerations.
• Support clients through the development and launch of innovative products and technology platforms.
• Analyze transaction structures and identify practical solutions to complex business and legal challenges.
• Collaborate with attorneys across corporate, regulatory, IP, tax, finance, and litigation practices.
• Work directly with founders, executives, investors, and in-house legal teams on strategic initiatives.
• Monitor developments in cryptocurrency, blockchain, fintech, and technology regulation to provide proactive guidance.
