Relay is a cross-chain payments protocol building fast, cheap, and reliable bridging and transactions. We are seeking Customer Support Specialists to triage tickets, investigate issues, and improve systems for customers and the team.

You will own front-line support in US time zones with weekend coverage, diagnose issues using backend logs and block explorers, and translate technical context for customers and developers alike. A startup environment values ownership and fast learning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer or technical support experience in tech
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency with AI tools and modern support tooling
• Ability to triage competing priorities in real time
• Track record of turning recurring issues into improvements

Responsibilities

• Own front-line support in US time zones and weekend coverage
• Triage and debug customer issues using logs and records
• Explain on-chain transaction flows to users and integrators
• Escalate issues to engineering with context for quick resolution
• Contribute to process improvements and self-serve tooling in developer portal
