Stripe, Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager for Stripe Crypto’s existing business to lead a team of Account Executives serving scaled and mid-market customers. You will coach on customer needs, expand product adoption, and build lasting partnerships.

You will own growth and retention targets, partner with Stripe Crypto leadership to shape strategy, and work directly with strategic accounts to drive long-term value.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant sales experience.
• 2+ years leading a team of quota-carrying sales professionals.
• Proven track record of revenue growth through expansion and retention.
• Ability to hire, develop and manage high-performing sales teams.
• Strong executive presence with senior stakeholder relationships.
• Comfort translating technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Product Sales AE's must be in current role for 24 months at time of application.
• Role requires working from the SSF OR NYC office per policy.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of Account Executives focused on revenue growth from Stripe Crypto's existing customers in the scaled and mid-market segment.
• Own performance against growth and retention targets, including expansion, cross-selling, and renewals.
• Partner with leadership to refine the long-term existing business sales approach.
• Support EAs with consultative, solution-oriented approaches to expand product adoption.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture with measurable impact.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Compliance, and other teams to improve customer experience and retention.
• Engage directly with strategic accounts to build lasting partnerships and drive long-term value.
