Job summary

Anchorage Digital is seeking a high-ownership Client Operations professional to manage the full lifecycle for protocol clients, from demos to onboarding and ongoing support. The role combines relationship management with hands-on data execution and API configuration, spanning pre- and post-launch engagements across a growing portfolio.

You’ll handle data validation, bug fixes, and client onboarding while coordinating with engineering to deliver integrated services.

Qualifications

• Crypto background with tokens, vesting, custody concepts.
• Blend of client-facing experience and technical/operational execution.
• Strong data and spreadsheet skills with data quality control.
• Experience with API configuration or technical integration work.
• Excellent communication, able to manage many client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own the full client lifecycle for protocol clients across pre- and post-launch.
• Handle data changes, onboarding, bug fixes, and day-to-day requests.
• Upload, review, and validate client data for accuracy.
• Build and configure APIs connecting the platform to custody accounts.
• Provide status updates to clients and collaborate with Sales on prospects.
• Collaborate with CX, Custody, and Protocol teams for integrated service delivery.
• Identify upsell opportunities and surface revenue growth within engagements.
