Job summary

Anchorage Digital is building the world’s most advanced digital asset platform for institutions. This hybrid role owns the full client lifecycle for protocols using Anchorage’s token vesting product, from demos through onboarding, bug fixes, and ongoing relationship management.

You will be the primary contact for a portfolio of protocol clients, pre-launch and post-launch, while performing data and integration work to keep them running.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing roles with a focus on fintech/digital assets.
• Ability to configure and troubleshoot API connections between platforms.
• Strong data validation and quality control skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full client lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing relationship management.
• Perform data and integration work to keep clients running smoothly.
• Configure and coordinate APIs linking clients custody accounts to the platform.
• Communicate client needs and bugs with engineering as the primary contact.
• Grow into a prospect-closing function and surface upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and other teams to drive revenue from existing relationships.
