Job summary

Anchorage Digital is seeking a Member of Custody Operations to support day-to-day client transactions, ensure timely reviews, and act as a client advocate across internal teams. You will learn the custody operations, AML guidelines, and crypto product features while collaborating with Client Experience, Sales, Compliance, and Product teams.

The role requires experience with institutional clients, strong operational execution, and willingness to participate in on-call rotations to support clients

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in financial services or the digital assets industry.
• Experience supporting institutional client operations within financial services or another heavily regulated industry.
• Familiar with traditional financial services, products, and strategies to support institutional clients.
• Experience supporting clients across multiple channels, including chat, text, phone, email, and video conferencing.
• Foundational knowledge of—or a strong interest in—blockchain, crypto-economics, and security engineering.

Responsibilities

• Service institutional clients by managing operational tasks, developing and executing operational processes in support of clients' needs, and performing transaction reviews and approvals.
• Develop familiarity with all product and service offerings, gaining a deep understanding of product features and supported cryptocurrencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop operational solutions for complex client requests.
• Participate in regular evening and weekend on-call rotations.
