Job summary

Anchorage Digital is seeking an analytical Custody Operations professional to support day-to-day client transactions and onboarding. You will review, verify, and process institutional client instructions, ensuring timely, risk-aware handling and excellent client experience.

You will partner with Client Experience, Sales, Compliance, and Product teams to refine workflows, learn product features, and support crypto custody operations across multiple services.

Responsibilities

• Service institutional clients by managing operational tasks, developing and executing operational processes in support of our clients' needs, and performing transaction reviews and approvals.
• Develop familiarity with all of our product and service offerings, gaining a deep understanding of product features and supported cryptocurrencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Client Experience, Sales, Compliance, and Product, to develop operational solutions for complex client requests.
• Participate in regular evening and weekend on-call rotations.
