Job summary

CoinFlip is seeking a highly driven Client Services Associate to join its Digital department. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and driving growth for the platform. This is a contract role with a base salary range plus commissions.

Responsibilities include onboarding new clients, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities to expand the client base, while maintaining proactive, customer-centric support in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with clients.
• Customer-focused, problem-solving mindset with strong decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients; primary contact for clients.
• Understand client needs, provide personalized support, and drive revenue growth.
• Identify opportunities to expand the client base and onboard new clients smoothly.
• Implement strategies to enhance client retention and loyalty.
• Track sales activities, leads, and opportunities.
