Job summary

CoinFlip is seeking a highly driven Client Services Associate to join its Digital department. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and driving growth for the platform. This is a contract role with a base salary range plus commissions.

Responsibilities include onboarding new clients, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities to expand the client base, while maintaining proactive, customer-centric support in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with clients.

We are looking for a highly driven and skilled Client Services Associate to join our Digital department at our rapidly developing company, CoinFlip! As a Client Services Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving growth for our platform.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Understand their needs, provide personalized support, and proactively address any concerns or issues that may arise. This is a sales role that is service driven.
• Identify opportunities to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. Help onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition into the platform.
• Implement strategies to enhance client retention and loyalty.
• Keep track of sales activities, leads and opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work effectively in a fast-paced startup-esque??
• Ability to adapt to changes and embrace innovation in the evolving crypto landscape.

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchains.
• General passion and knowledge of fintech and cryptocurrency.

Compensation

Base Salary Range: $13,000-$15,000 USD plus commissions
