Job summary

Flip is hiring a Senior Client Success Manager to ensure Flip is the most impactful tool in our enterprise clients’ tech stack. You will deliver business impact by configuring the product, solving problems, and collaborating with Product and Engineering to raise the bar.

Serve as the main post-sale contact, in-person and virtually, for healthcare and retail clients. You will partner with sales, lead implementations end-to-end, become a domain expert, and build trusted relationships that expand

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Implementation, Solutions/Sales Engineer or Technical support at a SaaS company
• At least 2 years supporting enterprise level clients
• Fluent in gap analysis and API endpoints
• Expert data analysis and storytelling capabilities
• Strong communication skills in-person and virtually with internal teams and clients
• High aptitude and using AI to achieve faster outcomes

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales to accelerate launches and automate customer/patient interactions through voice-to-voice and text channels
• Lead implementation through the lifetime of the relationship
• Become a product domain expert for Flip’s platform in healthcare or retail
• Build authentic, trust-based relationships with customers
• Translate client needs into clear feedback shaping roadmap and strategy
• Storytell with data to show ROI and outcomes
• Collaborate with marketing to tell customers’ stories
