CoinFlip is looking for a dynamic Business/Sales Development Representative to join our CoinFlip Preferred OTC team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new customers to trade through CoinFlip Preferred OTC.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business development strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.
• Negotiate and close partnership deals with potential clients and partners.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of business development initiatives.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of business development opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends.
• Provide regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.
• Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure all partnerships adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with business development activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of partnership agreements.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in business development, preferably in the financial services or cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
• Lead generation expertise including proficiency using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other platforms.

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000 USD.
