Job summary

CoinFlip is looking for a Sales and Customer Service Agent based in Mexico, Ciudad de México. In this role, you'll engage with customers who couldn't complete transactions at ATMs, using WhatsApp and phone calls to assist and encourage completion.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, admin support, or call center environments preferred.
• Basic computer literacy essential.
• Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on abandoned customer registrations via WhatsApp and phone.
• Assist customers with a white-glove level of service.
• Update customer interactions on tracking systems.
