The People Of: Professional Services seeks a Corporate Associate with 3–6 years of transactional experience advising crypto, blockchain, and fintech clients. The role focuses on innovative digital finance, token offerings, and related corporate matters for startups and growth companies in the U.S.

Candidates will advise on venture financings, token issuances, and regulatory issues, collaborate with founders and investors, and support offshore structures where appropriate.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of transactional experience, ideally in crypto, blockchain, or fintech sectors.
• Understanding of blockchain technology, token mechanics, and digital asset markets.
• Familiarity with securities law and regulatory frameworks for crypto tokens (preferred).
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise crypto and web3 companies on a wide range of transactions, including venture financings and token issuances.
• Collaborate with founders, investors, and legal teams on regulatory issues.
• Provide strategic advice on the legal implications of blockchain technology and tokenized assets.
