- Some regulatory crypto experience is helpful (but not required).

- Lead complex technology transactions focusing on blockchain/crypto matters.
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and provide strategic advice to clients.
- Collaborate across offices and manage timelines in a deadline-driven environment.
