Job Summary

Technology & Outsourcing practice group is seeking an associate with at least 6 years of experience to join their team. You will lead complex commercial transactions focusing on blockchain/crypto matters. You must have deep crypto knowledge and strong technology transactions experience. M&A experience in the crypto space is a plus. You can work from Dallas, Chicago, Los Angeles, or New York.

Qualifications

Significant crypto/blockchain knowledge and experience. 2-5 years of experience in technology transactions and commercial contracting (preferably at a law firm). Must be admitted to the bar in the jurisdiction where you will practice.

Expected Pay Range for Associates (2024 Class): $245,000

Expected Pay Range for Associates (2023 Class): $270,000

Expected Pay Range for Associates (2022 Class): $320,000

Expected Pay Range for Associates (2021 Class): $385,000

Expected Pay Range for Associates (2020 Class): $410,000

Expected Pay Range for Associates (2019 Class): $440,000

Expected Pay Range for Associates (2018 and more senior class): $455,000
