Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Crypto AML & Sanctions Advisor to oversee financial crime risk across our digital asset products and services. You will work with Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Investigations to design controls and monitor activity across the crypto ecosystem.

The role requires 8+ years in crypto compliance, strong knowledge of BSA/AML/OFAC, and a proactive, collaborative approach in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of AML, sanctions, or financial crime experience with crypto or digital assets.
• BSA/AML and OFAC knowledge applicable to crypto.
• Experience with crypto product risk assessments and controls.
• Experience using blockchain analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Advise the Crypto Compliance Officer and teams on financial crime risks and controls.
• Provide AML and sanctions guidance across the crypto product lifecycle.
• Identify blockchain-specific risks and advise on KYT, screening, Travel Rule, sanctions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement AML/sanctions controls for new products.
• Help develop and enhance crypto AML policies, risk assessments, monitoring, and governance.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise on enhancements to mitigate risk.
• Support regulatory examinations, audits, testing, and third-party risk activities.
