Job summary

Acme Cryogenics is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead a designated area’s field staff, develop training materials, and ensure delivery of installations and service across the portfolio. You will coordinate with regional teams to maintain consistent quality and provide guidance on technical services to clients and internal staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 10 years’ fieldwork and heavy customer contact are valuable for success.
• Domestic travel approximately 50% to support installations and services.
• Experience with quoting projects is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to internal and external customers in all tasks.
• Ensure timely delivery and reporting of service activities.
• Develop and deliver training programs for staff and customers.
• Prepare and monitor area budgets and training objectives.
• Participate in regional service training and meetings for consistency.
