Job summary

ACME Cryogenics division seeks a sales-focused engineer to drive regional growth and act as the primary technical contact for customers.

You will develop commercial and technical knowledge of product lines, perform site surveys for fabrication drawings, generate customer-focused quotations, and provide end-to-end project support through installation, coordinating with engineering and field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Cryogenics Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience preferred.
• Cryogenics industry experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in a team with Engineering, Production, Shipping, and other departments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop commercial and technical understanding of ACME Cryogenics product lines.
• Travel to customer locations for site surveys and fabrication drawings.
• Develop quotations to meet customer requirements and installation needs.
• Provide ongoing technical support and project management through final installation.
• Handle inbound sales leads and convert them into sales.
• Coordinate with Technical Inside Sales on quotations.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Make technical visits to customers as directed by the Sales Manager.
• Assist in resolving customer problems arising from product use.
• Enter proposals into CRM and maintain records.
• Monitor competitive market activities and pricing.
• Other tasks as assigned by General Manager.
