Job summary

Linde Inc. in Phoenix, AZ seeks a BAG Production Technician to safely operate a cryogenic air separation plant and ensure reliable, efficient performance.

You will monitor process performance, perform maintenance, troubleshoot, and coordinate with contractors while upholding strict safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Proficiency with instrumentation, controls, and common office software will support documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production processes in an industrial environment with a strong safety focus.
• Proficiency with mechanical equipment, electrical systems, and industrial instrumentation.
• Familiarity with HMI platforms such as Wonderware, Rockwell, and Siemens.
• Ability to read and revise P&ID and schematic wiring diagrams.
• Strong communication for safe, coordinated teamwork.
• Experience operating forklifts, cranes, and aerial work platforms.
• Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for documentation.

• Oversee contractors to ensure safety compliance and quality execution.
• Execute lock-out tag-out procedures and recommend improvements.
