Linde Inc. is seeking a BAG Production Technician in Canton, OH to operate and maintain a cryogenic air separation plant.

You will monitor processes, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safety compliance while coordinating with contractors when needed. Ideal candidates will have experience with mechanical, electrical and instrumentation systems, and familiarity with control platforms and engineering drawings.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production processes in an industrial environment with strong safety focus.
• Proficiency with mechanical, electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Familiarity with controls and HMI platforms (Wonderware, Rockwell, Siemens).
• Ability to read P&IDs, schematics and drawings; effective communication in teams.

Responsabilités

• Operate a cryogenic air separation plant safely and reliably.
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs per safety policies.
• Monitor process performance and adjust parameters for quality and efficiency.
• Adhere to safety policies and report incidents promptly.
• Collect and interpret equipment/process data to guide proactive maintenance.
