Job summary

You will monitor performance, adjust parameters, and ensure safe, reliable operation in a challenging industrial setting. Ideal candidates bring experience in industrial production, strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical/instrumentation systems, and proficiency with control platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production processes in an industrial environment with a strong safety commitment.
• Proficiency in mechanical equipment, electrical systems, and industrial instrumentation.
• Familiarity with controls and HMI platforms such as Wonderware, Rockwell, and Siemens.
• Ability to read and revise engineering drawings, including piping and instrumentation diagrams and schematic wiring diagrams.
• Clear communication of technical information to support safe, coordinated teamwork.
• Ability to operate forklifts, cranes, and aerial work platforms safely.
• Strong computer proficiency including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a cryogenic air separation plant to ensure reliable and efficient performance.
• Perform and facilitate maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs that uphold plant safety and equipment integrity.
• Monitor process performance and adjust operational parameters to maintain reliability, quality, and efficiency.
• Adhere to company, customer, and regulatory safety work policies while reporting incidents.
• Collect and interpret trends in equipment and process condition data to strengthen proactive maintenance decisions.
• Oversee contractors performing routine and non‑routine work to ensure safety compliance and quality execution.
• Execute lock‑out tag-out procedures and recommend improvements that enhance process availability and reliability.
