Job summary

Linde Inc. is seeking a BAG Production Technician to operate and maintain a cryogenic air separation plant in Butler, PA. You will monitor process performance, adjust parameters, and ensure safety and reliability of equipment.

The role requires experience with industrial production, knowledge of instrumentation and control systems, and the ability to coordinate with contractors and teams to maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

Experience operating production processes in an industrial environment with strong safety focus.
Ability to read and interpret piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID) and schematics.
Familiarity with control systems and human-machine interfaces such as Wonderware, Rockwell and Siemens.
Strong communication to support safe, coordinated teamwork.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a cryogenic air separation plant to ensure reliable performance.
Perform and facilitate maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for safety and equipment integrity.
Monitor process performance and adjust operational parameters for reliability and efficiency.
Adhere to safety policies and report incidents promptly.
Collect and interpret trends in equipment data to improve maintenance decisions.
Oversee contractors to ensure safety compliance and quality execution.
