Qualifications

Experience operating production processes in an industrial environment with strong safety focus.
Proficiency with mechanical equipment, electrical systems, and instrumentation.
Familiarity with controls and HMI platforms such as Wonderware, Rockwell, and Siemens.
Ability to read and revise P&IDs and schematic wiring diagrams.
Clear communication of technical information to support safe teamwork.
Operate forklifts, cranes, and aerial work platforms safely per procedures.
Strong computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook for documentation.

Responsibilities

Operate a cryogenic air separation plant to ensure reliable, efficient performance.
Perform and facilitate maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for safety and integrity.
Monitor process performance and adjust parameters to maintain quality and efficiency.
Adhere to safety policies and promptly report incidents.
Collect and interpret data trends to support proactive maintenance decisions.
Oversee contractors to ensure safety compliance and quality of work.
Execute lock-out tag-out procedures and suggest improvements for reliability.
