Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (BSChE or BSME).
• 8+ years in continuous process manufacturing (cryogenics, petrochemicals, or refining).
• Minimum 3 years in direct supervisory or plant leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of cryogenic process cycles, rotating equipment, DCS/PLC control systems, continuous monitoring, and PSM compliance.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety and regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, and EHS standards; lead PSM protocols and root-cause investigations.
• Oversee continuous operation of cryogenic distillation columns, heavy turbomachinery, and gas purification systems; optimize power use; ensure high uptime.
• Manage site OPEX and CAPEX budgets; monitor KPIs; drive energy management and reduce maintenance costs.
• Coach and direct a team of operators, maintenance technicians, and process engineers; lead training and development.
• Coordinate with pipeline systems and commercial teams to meet supply agreements and product purity requirements.
