Job summary

CTR Cryo is seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our cryogenic manufacturing team. This role focuses on high-precision welding of stainless steel and aluminum to ensure leak-proof joints for high-vacuum or liquid gas systems.

You will read complex engineering drawings and WPS, set up and operate MIG welding equipment, and inspect welds for quality while maintaining strict safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read engineering drawings and WPS
• Experience with stainless steel and aluminum welding is preferred
• Able to work with cryogenic environments and safety procedures

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG (GMAW) welding on specialized alloys
• Read and interpret complex drawings and WPS
• Assemble components and set up welding equipment
• Inspect welds for strength and leak-proof quality
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Adhere to safety procedures and PPE requirements
