New England Cryogenic Center in Marlborough, MA is seeking a dedicated (Medical) Cold Chain Logistics Technician to join our team. You will monitor tank systems, fulfill orders, manage inventory, and support biorepository tasks under supervision.

The role runs Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with up to two weekends per month and select holidays. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates and the position offers room to grow within a nationally respected organization.

Qualifications

• Associates degree and 3–5 years related experience required.
• Experience with inventory preferred.
• Experience with medical gas equipment and controllers preferred.
• Transport coordination experience preferred.
• Ability to follow SOPs and perform cryogenics procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work weekends and overtime as needed.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access).

Responsabilités

• Assign, pull and verify orders.
• Perform daily and weekly QM/QC.
• Receive products and verify packing slips and POs.
• Check-in shipping tanks and perform shipping for specimen orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of Cryogenic area and inventory.
• Coordinate specimen pick-ups and deliveries.
• Maintain location logs and inventory records.
• Draft and review SOPs.
