Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is hiring for an Associate Specialist, Value Stream Cryo Operations in Summit, NJ. The role focuses on cryopreservation, storage, and movement of patient materials at a CAR T manufacturing site, complying with cGMPs and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Experience with cold chain sample storage and transfer.
• Knowledge of cGMP/FDA regulated industry.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Technical writing capability.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Inventory control and/or management experience.
• Background in biology, chemistry, medical or clinical practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient material through cryopreservation, storage, distribution, transfer and disposal.
• Maintain sample tracking and chain of custody records per GMP procedures.
• Destroy obsolete/expired samples per procedures.
• Perform sample queries and periodic storage reports as required.
• Assist management with investigations and deviations in sample management.
• Collaborate with departments to improve process efficiencies.
• Maintain metrics for the Value Stream Cryo Operations group.
• Facilitate cold chain transfers of material as needed.
• Support cGMP batch records, deviations and CAPA closures.
• Ensure timely alignment with production schedule for Cryopreservation support.
