Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies seeks an Associate Specialist for Value Stream Cryo Operations at our Summit, NJ facility. You will cryopreserve patient material, store and manage LN2 locations, and maintain chain of custody with GMP‑level documentation.

The role requires collaboration across teams to ensure on‑schedule cryogenic support. Responsibilities include sample handling, inventory control, deviation investigations, and contributing to process improvements in a cross‑functional setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with cold chain sample storage and transfer.
• Knowledge of cGMP/FDA regulated industry.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Ability to maintain inventory control and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Cryopreserve patient material daily and manage LN2 storage.
• Maintain sample tracking and chain of custody records.
• Ensure disposal of obsolete samples per procedures.
• Support batch record executions and CAPA investigations.
• Maintain production timing and schedule alignment.
• Prepare shift handoffs and communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Assist with investigations and deviations related to sample management.
• Overtime and staggered shift hours may be required.
